Sweetie Pie's

I am a graduate of the Center for Culinary Arts in Shelton, CT and Stone Academy of Business.  In the past, I have owned and operated the Gourmet Cheese Shop and Deli in Orange, CT, and was a pastry chef at Astri Larson Place, assisted living facility.  

Owning and operating my own bakery and catering business has always been a dream of mine.  Sweetie Pie’s came to be approximately two years ago.  In that short time, I have  developed a wonderful client base and am always exploring new ways to keep Sweetie Pie’s interesting and moving forward.   

Being a professional baker and chef is the most gratifying career possible for me. My motto is, “No one is ever unhappy to see you when you’re carrying a tray of cookies.”    As a chef, I get to use my imagination, select only the freshest and most wholesome ingredients available, and get to work closely with my clients.  Every event is a special one!

I offer a wide variety of services ranging from baking, catering, private/personal chef, to chef instructor.  So whether you need food or dessert, a chef in your kitchen or just want to learn how to bake bread, give me a call!
